Question 1

Do I need to reserve in advance, or do you welcome walk-ins?

Accepted Answer

While walk-in guests are always welcomed when rooms are available, advance reservations are strongly advised—especially for 4-to-6 hand therapies, VIP couple suites, and peak evening hours (17:00 – 22:30). Online reservations take 30 seconds with 0% advance prepayment required.

Question 2

Can I store my luggage before check-in or after checkout?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Complimentary, secure, climate-controlled luggage storage and post-treatment rainfall showers are provided free of charge for all reserved guests across all 4 District 1 sanctuaries. You are welcome to drop bags off early or store them before a late-night flight.

Question 3

Are private suites and couple rooms available?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Private rooms and couple chambers are available with a transparent flat fee ranging from 200,000 to 400,000 VND (depending on suite size and setup), guaranteeing complete seclusion and quiet comfort. Standard ritual treatments, organic welcome lotus tea, warm botanical foot bath, and showers are all included with zero hidden booking fees.

Question 4

What are your operating hours and final intake times?

Accepted Answer

All four Norah Spa District 1 locations operate daily from 09:00 to 22:30, including weekends and public holidays. The final booking intake begins at 21:30 for 60-minute sessions or 21:00 for 90–120 minute sessions.

Question 5

What payment methods are accepted? Is there a card surcharge or VAT invoice?

Accepted Answer

We accept Cash and VietQR banking transfers with 0% fee. Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Apple Pay) are processed via physical POS terminals with a standard 3% card terminal fee. Official 10% VAT electronic e-Invoices are provided upon request, and voluntary gratuities for exceptional care are warmly appreciated.

Question 6

Can pressure levels, tension areas, and essential oils be customized?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Every session begins with a personalized consultation where you select your preferred pressure (Gentle, Medium, Firm Deep Tissue), identify specific focus or avoid areas, and choose your organic botanical aroma profile.
